Currently, we have two FOIAs (supposedly) in work, one initiated last, July 17, 2011, and the other initiated last February 17, 2011. Both requested ASVAB data and were initiated through USMEPCOM, which has since “gone out of the FOIA business,”.theoretically passing their FOIA tasks on to the DMDC. (Another “referral” problem?)

The July 17 FOIA for test info is a repeat from the prior year’s data, but is apparently “still in work,” with quite grudging responses from DMDC, while the Feb 17 one apparently had to receive an additional approval, but has simply disappeared since that was granted.

Thanks for your comment. We would encourage you (and any other requesters or agencies with a FOIA dispute) to visit our website and fill out our assistance questionnaire ( We’d be glad to help!
