The 2022-2024 term of the FOIA Advisory Committee will gather for the first meeting of the fifth term on Thursday, September 8, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET. Please register by midnight Tuesday, September 6, 2022, if you wish to offer oral public comments. After a welcome by the Acting Archivist of the United States, the Committee members and the work of the Committee will be introduced, setting the stage for discussion of topics to consider in the next two years. Subcommittees are expected to be formed at the subsequent meeting on Wednesday, September 14. Those who register to attend the September 8 meeting will receive information for accessing the meeting online.
