In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act statute, OGIS will host our annual public meeting at 10 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, June 29. The meeting will feature two panel discussions on FOIA’s estimated date of completion (EDC) requirements and on recommendations from the 2020-2022 term of the FOIA Advisory Committee. Join us virtually to hear those panels and about our annual report for fiscal year (FY) 2021. Members of the public will also have the opportunity to present oral or written statements. The agenda is our website.
All are welcome to watch the livestream of this event on the National Archives YouTube channel or attend the meeting virtually through Webex. To attend the meeting via Webex, you must register online before 11:59 p.m. EDT on Monday, June 27. After you register, OGIS will send instructions to all registrants for accessing the meeting. To present oral statements at the meeting, you must register to attend via Webex. We welcome your thoughts and encourage you to submit your questions, comments and/or written statements to firstname.lastname@example.org.
